I have lived in this building for many years and have found that required maintenance is arranged when needed and the workers are timely and courteous.

Cleanliness is not good at castle Hill at all. The washing machines in the laundry room need to be cleaned much more regularly. I myself encountered dog poop two times. One in LG entrance one in G rear entrance, for which I also have a picture. The hall carpet in each floor needs to be steam washed much more often. It is done so late that sometimes the hall gets bad smell. The gym always smells sweat even when no one is working out. I believe the ventilation is so poor in the gym.

Smoking and Marijuana smells will push families to leave the building .

The issue has not been resolved. I was told I would have someone come the next day.

Unfortunately, there was a water riser break so my unit was in disarray. I realize this was an unusual situation. Fans were still running throughout the apartment and I had to call to get information regarding when they would be removed. There are still repairs to be done (baseboard replacement, clean & paint) but have not been provided with any timeline due to the hectic time of year with Christmas and New Year holidays.To improve the move-in experience, it would be nice if the superintendent would call and/or visit to introduce themselves and answer any questions one may have.Otherwise, the keys and intercom system were set up properly.

I was not made aware that we were moving into an apartment with a broken sliding door. upon request for the sliding door to be looked at we were told that all of the windows and doors needed to be replaced and that we are stuck with a broken door until you decide to come and do that invasive proce

It would better to enter first day with minto's agent to show us where we find all the safety or électrecal équipement in case of emurgency and sign a move in inspection report which we didn't signed .

Not sure if I will or not - depends on bedbugs. Been sprayed about 7 times, three times with the heavy spray that required the washing/plastic covering/binning of all textiles, books, knickknacks etc. in living room and two bedrooms. Meant living in upheaval for many weeks each time. This is exhausting. Add to that the cockroaches, incessant smoke from pot, cigarettes and cigars, living here is hell!
