It was a wonderful experience. I felt welcomed, accepted by the warm of the staff, the smiles of the residents. I had a good time looking at all the Cedar Park Apts had to offer. I was elated to see the gardens, the cleanliness of the whole place. Finding out about all the activities was also encouraging. It is definitely a very inviting community of apartments. A nice place for elders to feel at home.

It was a great experience. Kris was professional and friendly. He showed me the features of the property, answered all of my questions, and interacted very positively with the residents we encountered. Received a folder and very helpful information.

For me personally, because I have really bad knees and I have to walk too much. The elevators will not located in a good place for me personally and the units are rather small compared to where I live now, but the staff was very friendly. Chris was a very nice tour guide and I see why people were drawn to him because he’s a very nice young man. He was very thorough with the tour.

Kris was very kind taking me around the building more than once. Also answering my many question and helping me to secure an apartment. Next week we will go over the lease which seems unreasonably long and complicated. I want to be sure to understand fully what I am agreeing to.Also I have had big concerns over not being able to have a parking space in garage. It is not a safe neighborhood to walk a half or whole block and I am partially disabled due to knee problems. Kris kindly spoke up for me so I am granted a parking garage clicker to load or unload my vehicle safely before leaving garage to park in the neighborhood. But walking with 2 poles or a walker quite a ways to enter the building is scary for me.
