I had to prepay the entire amount for my oral surgery in advance even though I had a much lower pre-estimate completed beforehand via the dental insurance company. I was overcharged and was assured I will get reimbursed for the overages once the claim has been reviewed by the insurance company. I was told is a "standard practice for oral surgery" so it would have been better if I had been informed of the extra fees prior to the work being done. I was also told that my local pharmacy of choice (CVS) was not likely able to dispense the pain medication (Norco) prescribed but that was simply not true.

I was so nervous when i enter the office, but because of staff who are all friendly , i feel at ease and comfortable. I have an excellent service especially with Dr Havas and staff inside the procedure room.

Not going to say it was fun , But it was a good experienced and the assistant gave good calm you done hugs. LOL

Great caring staff and doctors

If you have to have any kind of mouth surgery this is the only place to have it done The staff from the front desk to the back are very kind and tone down your stress level. Dr. Havas is great
