Everything went better than expected!! No suggestions I can come up with

My only issue was I never really understood the whole plan. (Like the big picture- it’s going to take 9 months etc. ) And I don’t know if this office or my regular dentist, who was also involved in my care, should have been in charge of that? Anyway, in all other ways this place rocked!

I am very disappointed with the behavior of staff. The office is run as if the patients are animals. They are there to go in, get out, and no one cares. When we got to the office for surgery, staff did not pay any attention to us and kept talking to each other for the first 5 minutes. Very unfriendly. Doctor saw us for 5 minutes, then took my daughter for surgery. The staff who came out to let me know my daughter is ready to be picked up, wasn’t able to give me any information about my daughter. If she got any stitches or how the surgery went. She answered my question in a way that I was out of my place asking about my daughter. The doctor didn’t come out to give me any information about how things went. I never recommend your office to anyone. I was never treated like this at any office.

I fasted for the day to only be told that my insurance would not cover the cost. it would have been better to have the insurance consultation 12 hours before so I didn't starve myself and have a long conversation with your doctor on pros & cons of all the options

It was a painless procedure with just a local anesthetic. I was surprised at how well my mouth is healing. All the directions were very clear

There was an inconsistency between appointment card and verbal confirmation by telephone with the automated email sent regarding check-in time (first two said 15 minutes and email said 30 minutes prior to appointment time).Topical ice for cheek/ soft tissue swelling would be a helpful non pharmacological recommendation.
