A great office that I recommend others to!

I fasted for the day to only be told that my insurance would not cover the cost. it would have been better to have the insurance consultation 12 hours before so I didn't starve myself and have a long conversation with your doctor on pros & cons of all the options

It was a painless procedure with just a local anesthetic. I was surprised at how well my mouth is healing. All the directions were very clear

Everything went very smoothly and the procedure was amazingly fast. I had no pain during and just mild soreness afterwards. My appt was punctual, being seated right awayEveryone was congenial and considerate.Thanks to Dr. L. And staff.

There was an inconsistency between appointment card and verbal confirmation by telephone with the automated email sent regarding check-in time (first two said 15 minutes and email said 30 minutes prior to appointment time).Topical ice for cheek/ soft tissue swelling would be a helpful non pharmacological recommendation.

The entire experience could not have been better. Your team has done a wonderful job.

The experience I had could not be improved. It was the best ! They where so professional and courteous. I had no complications with the surgery. And as of today, I have no pain, no bleeding and I am not having trouble eating the food I am aloud to eat. Its like I never had my teeth pulled.
