Great doctor and staff!

The person that scheduled told me that we were scheduled for surgery but it was only a consult. I made it clear the timeline, etc. It's uncool to outright lie to a customer. The young lady at the front desk isn't friendly. She needs soft skill training, badly. The first two interactions with the clinic made me want to find a different place. Your front facing people have to be the best but they aren't. The doctors, nurses, etc. are great and we appreciate such good care overall.
