I haven't been to a dentist in a long time. Priviously always treated with shame and lots of pain.I have no pain and was treated with compassion and respect from everyone involved. They made sure I understood aftercare before being put under. Also, I made it clear I did not want to leave disoriented from the anesthesia. I was not!I can slightly remember them talking and laughing before I opened my eyes. Once my eyes were open, I was slightly physically off balance (fully supported by staff) but was mentally fully awake.

Dr. Turpin & his staff did a wonderful job putting my daughter at ease for her procedure. Their genuine care showed from the moment we stepped through the door till leaving. Thank you for treating her like family versus a random patient or number.

From what I experienced from all of you, I wouldn't change anything. All of you are on point and great to deal with. Thank you for everything.

Everything was great excluding the check in experience. Supposedly there was an old bill from my mother & she had never been there nor seen any dentist with your practice. We were made to pay that bill for me to be seen as a minor at the time. We explained the identity theft & her wallet was stolen. The check in receptionist was rude and said yeah, we hear all excuses! We paid the bill. All they had to do was look in my mother’s mouth to see if the teeth were pulled or missing. They weren’t! Not to mention my mother is disabled & has never had BCBS dental insurance! She’s only ever had military insurance, Aetna, & UHC along with her Medicare. It basically wasn’t her bill nor her but your receptionist got paid for someone portraying to be my mother from 7-8 years back! Not to mention there was other circumstances as to why it wasn’t owed. I was the patient not my mother. So do we have to pay our families past dues or people that commit fraud? Other than that experience the other staff & dentist was amazing!
