you should give more than one rinsing syringe to the patients as they leave. these are VERY inexpensive but with teens most items are commonly misplaced. 2 at least. 3 would be ideal.

Our only issue was the pain medication prescription was not sent to the pharmacy. When we realized this (2:30) you guys were already closed. I needed to call the answering service multiple times to get someone to call me back. Our pharmacy closes at 6 and is 20 minutes from our house and it was 5 before the prescription was finally called it. The numbing medication had worn off and our daughter was in pain. Otherwise we think you guys always do a great job and understand mistakes happen, but this was frustrating.

My expectations were exceeded. I do not believe your staff, customer service, or customer experience need improvement. I am sharing my experience, including my appreciation for your expeditious attention to my dental affliction, the compassionate and attentive manner of care, the speed with which the procedure was completed, and that the entire experience was pain-free, with everyone I know. My well-being was clearly a priority throughout my treatment! I revert to a scared child when it comes to dentists so i can't thank your staff and Dr. Spann enough for making my visit so incredibly positive!
