I stayed at Centerpoint for 4 years with my daughter. I Compared the rent to other places and I thought it was a very good value for the square footage and having two full baths and a den. Whenever there was an issue and there were not many I would usually get a knock on my door the same day I reported it. The on-site staff is great this includes the girls in the office and the maintenance guys. However as someone who has been upper management I understand that the on-site staff are only givin so much money and resources to work with. To be clear this comment is not directed towards the staff on duty it is directed towards the upper management and owners who you never see and are not at the location. MORE MONEY COUD BE SPENT TO MAKE THINGS LOOK NICER. THERE'S WEEDS GROWING FROM THE GROUND REACHING THE SECOND FLOOR BALCONY. BACK DOOR OF THE BUILDING IS ROTTING OUT AROUND THE FRAME. FRONT DOOR OF THE BUILDING IS ALL DENTED AND PAINT PEELING. THESE ITEMS DO NOT SEEM LIKE EXPENSIVE THINGS BUT MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE AESTHETICALLY WHEN CORRECTED. Aside from that it was a great four years.

I like the brick buildings and the spacious green areas for just sitting out on my balcony and listening to the birds. My apartment is the perfect size, and I like the fact that I get a free storage area in the basement. The staff are very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. I wish I had moved here sooner.

Love the community feel! Hoping to meet some new people on my new journey, however, the fact that literally NOTHING is included in the rent explains why the rent is comparable to others without the amenities. I'm hoping for a positive experience and a long term at CenterPointe!

The manner in which this was handled is beyond disconcerting. When we come to the office with an ongoing issue we would not expect to be accused and/or treated as though we are lying OR be required to provide proof of the issues. Additionally, when proof was submitted in person to the office staff that required such proof, the accusation was again that this evidence was falsified by us or illegitimate. To make matters worse, we were again told we were lying becauee the consistently rude and inconsiderate neighbors, denied the amount of flushing they have been doing and it was the choice of the office staff to believe them. Of course they will deny that!! I have many pages of records where I have counted the number of toilet flushes in a day, which frequently exceeds 70. Often it is 30-35 in ONE HOUR! Not only is that indicative of some issue we, the tenants of that bldg, are paying for all of that water usage, so I am confident you could see the pattern when examining the water bill increase from prior to their move in to present. Regardless, to be flat out accused of lying about these valid issues (and more that have not been brought to your attention) is beyond unprofessional, lacking in basic courtesy, flat out rude and condescending, and should never happen...especially by a property manager. I am disgusted by this entire experience. Absolutely disgusted.

The maintenance team was friendly, knowledgeable, kind -and fixed the problem completely and explained the fix to me. They checked their work. Bravo to the team!
