Sierra was amazing when she showed us the Townhome, she had us so excited, we wanted to move in immediately. We are hoping we can move to one of the townhomes by June or July 2026, we love them and the office staff was amazing and so willing to work with us, very understanding that we could not commit to a move until this summer.

Hall of the apartment area smelled like weed. I wasn't impressed with that.

Visiting the model made my visit confusing. I’m very interested in the pool and that was a driving distance away.

We were promised 1590 rent for a partially renovated and a balcony, only to move into a completely carpeted apartment with no balcony. Only to be then told “it was listed wrong” and now we’re locked in to a carpeted apartment that we didn’t want for at least 6 months. It was unfortunate and kinda off putting. I understand mistakes happen but we have to deal with it for the next 6 months because an apartment was incorrectly labeled? We had 8 people to help unload a u haul that day, it’s not like we could reschedule. So I’d like for management to CORRECTLY sell their properties, and yes I got a discounted rent, knocking off $120, but I would rather pay the extra money and have the amenities I was promised
