Maintenance showed up @ 3:30 pm on 6/26. Found a gap in my fireplace were bats were getting in. We asked if it could be fixed today, Nick said their shift was almost over. They came back on 6/29 to close the gap but there were to many bees and the roof needed to be sprayed. Pest control came on 7/2 for the bat issue, went on the roof and also noticed the gap. He sent an email for it to be fixed and as of 7/5 nothing has been done. I still have, I'm assuming a dead bat in my chimney because we were told a bird could not fit . On 6/26 maintenance also told us our gutters needed to be cleaned, again nothing has been done because I have been home and heard no one on the roof. Does this dead animal just remain in my chimney?

Caulking was and is still wet around seal of the drain.

NOTHING WAS DONE!!!!!!When will the issues be completed?? I have contacted the office about the issues SEVERAL TIMES and now maintenance!

Closing work orders without completing them

My only gripe is that I wish I didn't have to pay $1400 plus dollars for a small one bedroom apartment.

I have lived here for seven years. The first five years here were excellent. The last two years, I’ve been very disappointed. The neighbors in the area, a very disrespectful. The condition of the property in general is very poor roadways need attention, bushes need trimming and update. Maintenance of townhouses are needed. also, the mowing and plowing conditions need to improve. I hope by completing the survey some of these issues get addressed. And don’t go deaf ears. It truly could be a great place to live.
