You guys are worthless. I should not have to get so irate to get shit taken care of at this cesspool of a fucking townhouse. If I have to call several times again for a maintenance issue that you are suppose to fix and I have to come to front office again we will be breaking our lease immediately and leaving do I make myself very clear?

Don’t like the fact that you profit off your tenant for the pest control. You are charging every single tenant you have $10 or more per month all year round for pest control that is only applied a few times per year. There is no way that the cost of that warrants what you are charging all teammates per month so that tells me that you are profiting off of this which is highly unethical. I also do not appreciate the fact that tenants are allowed to move in and out during the winter months. There have been numerous moves just in my building alone tracking in snow, mud, salt and leaving the doors open for hours while the cold air just blows in. I’ve had to tape around my front door several times to keep the cold air out because I’m right next to the front door. There is also no privacy whatsoever. You can hear people talking, walking, using the bathroom, playing their music, etc above you and beside you. You’ve got weird people basically living in their car watching you leave and come home all day everyday. They literally just sit in there car all day and you feel like you’re being watched all day everyday. It is beyond weird and uncomfortable. All of the appliances in my apartment are absolute junk. The stove burners don’t work, the oven takes 30 minutes just to heat up, I have no second rack in there and was told by maintenance they don’t have one for me, the fridge is a hundred years old and doesn’t work properly, there’s no rack in the freezer so I just have throw everything in there on top of each other and maintenance said I can’t get a rack for that either. So I just suck it up and pray that I can move the hell out of here this year when my lease is up.

Difficult to get phones calls answered when I attempt to call the office.

The team members in the office are polite, accommodating, & professional. The maintenance staff responds quickly & they are efficient. My neighbors are kind & respectful. We love it here!

Sierra was amazing when she showed us the Townhome, she had us so excited, we wanted to move in immediately. We are hoping we can move to one of the townhomes by June or July 2026, we love them and the office staff was amazing and so willing to work with us, very understanding that we could not commit to a move until this summer.

They have been very good with keep the ramp cleaned and salted .Would like the lock replaced on the interior door for safety

Very upsetting to find out they are removing garbage disposals which will lead to plumbing issues and rodent problems in the complex.

Hall of the apartment area smelled like weed. I wasn't impressed with that.
