We were promised 1590 rent for a partially renovated and a balcony, only to move into a completely carpeted apartment with no balcony. Only to be then told “it was listed wrong” and now we’re locked in to a carpeted apartment that we didn’t want for at least 6 months. It was unfortunate and kinda off putting. I understand mistakes happen but we have to deal with it for the next 6 months because an apartment was incorrectly labeled?We had 8 people to help unload a u haul that day, it’s not like we could reschedule. So I’d like for management to CORRECTLY sell their properties, and yes I got a discounted rent, knocking off $120, but I would rather pay the extra money and have the amenities I was promised

This was an issue that needed repair in the foyer as you enter the building. It should have been fixed long before I put in a maintenance request. Maintenance is in/out of the building numerous times and should have fixed the issue (which was very obvious as you enter the building) which had been that way for many months. Very disappointed in the lack of care of the appearance of the foyer.

Everybody here are always very friendly and always helpful you need it.

I overall enjoy CenterPointe very much. I would like to see clutter, trash and debris removed from the back entryways and porches. It looks sloppy and people driving by my think twice about renting because some areas look sloppy or trashy.

Only one issue was addressed, maintenance team did not reach out to fix the second issue. The dishwasher has been re-mounted into the counter, but the dishwasher drawer wheel is still broken

The trees outside my apartment frequently lose branches that the lawn guys just pile up and never remove.These branches have also clogged the gutters which overflow and drown my plants outside my deck.

The team at Centerpointe are wonderful!

We are fortunate we haven't really had many maintenance issues. When we do they always respond quickly. The office staff is very friendly and helpful.

I had lived at CenterPointe Apartments in Canandaigua, NY for 4 Yrs. The landscaping is beautiful and is in a nice country setting. The Office Staff as a whole, Jessica, Chanthea, and Sierra are all very pleasant and helpful! Also, the Maintenance Crew, Nick, Dean and Derrick have always been pleasant and responded in a timely manner!I loved it there!
