Overall, everything went well and while still in pain, he’s recovering.Since we did it at the holidays there were a few things that could have made it a lot easier.I called a few days before to ask about calling in pain meds (he needed liquids as discussed with the doctor at his intake appt). I was told his case wouldn’t be reviewed until later in the week.Then I was told meds wouldn’t be called in until the day of surgery. Then the wrong ones were called in (tablets instead of liquid)Then Walgreens took ALL day to fill the prescription and even then only did it at 7pm when I went and told them I would sit and wait until they finished. That was more than 10 hours post op.With five kids, one other one having gum surgery just days before; Christmas looming, and a super busy pharmacy due to rite aide closure it would have been SO helpful to get the liquid Tylenol and ibuprofen ahead of time. For my other sons gum graft they called in meds a week ahead of time so we were all set the day of surgery.So glad we’re on the other side of the procedure and hope you all have a great holiday.

Everyone was very professional and up front with the procedure and cost of what I was going to have done. I was very impressed with all staff during my visits. I thank you all for the services you provide.

I had a great experience with both before during and after care. All staff members were supportive and kind. I received a lovely thank you card after. My recovery was quick and had no after surgery issues. I would definitely recommend them for others. I will be scheduling my son for his surgery soon. Thank you.
