Work order was completed immediately, needed light bulbs and a shelf holder. Very nice.

Smoke alarm started buzzing off about 4:30 Easter morning. I did not expect to have it repaired until Monday, but I saw Butch, the maintenance man, about 5 PM Easter day and he willingly and gladly fixed it right after I talked to him. He really helps you to feel most welcome in our facility here.

Butch is very efficient and helpful. This time he replaced two lightbulbs.

Butch came up within an hour to check out the venetian blind and shortly after that he returned to measure the window. He was very prompt and courteous as always. I will have to wait for a new venetian blind, so order is not complete but on Butch’s part, he is great and ALWAYS Courteous and respectful. Not too happy about how long it takes the company itself to authorize and get supplies and repairs done in a timely matter. For example washing machines and dryers. Recently I noticed a dented garage door that’s been that way for about three weeks now
