Purchased a new Nissan Altima S , between Julian and Richard help made this purchase an easy and painless process. Richard went above and beyond taking care of all our questions and issues that came up. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends.

My Service Advisor, Mario Flores, did a great job. He set up my appointment and followed up and kept me informed. We discussed what I wanted done and my options. He listened and focused on my issues and offered relevant advice, which made for an outstanding experience.

There was a lack of communication when I wanted updates on my car repair. I called the following day after being told that my car would be ready by 10AM yet when I said who my advisor was, the employee I spoke to dismissively said he wasn’t present and he did not provide me with any assistance until I got assertive. Once I arrived, I was then met with two employees who were not helpful and dismissively walked past me. Finally I met with an Alex, I believe his last name is Rodriguez, who came to my aid and efficiently serviced me. But overall, it was a not so pleasurable experience and I did not appreciate being not tended to not properly advised during my time there.

Rigoberto Lopez (Service Advisor) has helped me just about every time that I’ve gone to have my vehicle worked on.He’s the one that I request to help me out.Knowledgeable about the services provided, great with call backs/answering questions and following up after the work has been completed.

My car needed a lot of work with the worst damage, I wasn’t sure if this could be done as well as it is now! I knew everything that was going on,updated me about my car since it had been there,Emil was the best and he done his job well! And super kind) When I went to pick my car up the most Sweetest lady at the front desk name Veronica was also kind and made me understand everything and helped me out a lot. My car was in great hands. And this will be where my car will go for anything it needs from here on out! Thank you all so much! Kindness can make the hard part feel easy.
