I still have several months to go with my implant, however I have all the confidence in the world in DMD Mikhail Kobakov and his team to get me through this experience. CMOS has been nothing but exceptional in their professionalism and I thank you all for caring about my oral health. It means so much too me. Very happy with our experience at CMOS. From scheduling to surgery, all staff encountered were personable, friendly and informative. Dr. Baran was great with answering questions - from both patient and parents. Really pleased to see addition of PRF to help with healing and pain, and reduce need for narcotic pain management.

For someone with pretty severe dental anxiety specifically, this was a fantastic experience! On the day of my surgery, I got right in and was sedated almost immediately. And then I was on my way home! Could not have had a better experience!
