I scheduled online. I received two messages stating that someone would reach out to me to confirm. When the appointment time had arrived, I hadn't heard anything from anyone, so assumed the appointment was available and it was just one of those things that happens when making arrangements strictly online. But, a gold star (two gold stars!) for the service consultant who fit us in!The online service reservation system was a disappointment. It led me to believe that someone would definitely follow up. All I needed was any form of contact before the appointment — a call, email, or text — to confirm or reschedule. In the end, the service consultant came through. Had he not been able to, it would have been a wasted two hours of driving.The service department was very accommodating!
