Excellent staff and facility. Highly recommend if you have oral surgical needs. Im a patient for life.

I was allowed to relax for a few minutes until my BP settled down. The (ladies/techs)? who set me up were very kind. The room was blessedly dark and cool.Dr. Boehm was knowledgeable about my immune condition, and did not make me feel like a pain in the tush for requiring so much local anesthesia, or antibiotics, or pain medication.All 3 personnel who cared for me were attentive and made me as comfortable as possible during the procedure.I'm coming from a situation where raising my hand in a "please stop a minute" signal was met with "okay, dear, yes dear" and a refusal to stop.I did not feel patronized or demeaned at your office, just the opposite. I'd rather not have any more teeth extracted, but if I do require another extraction, it will definitely be done at this same office.Awesome.

This is about the third time I’ve been a patient at the Silverdale Wa clinic & it’s the best experience I’ve had so far, especially with Dr Boehm. I’ve had less pain this time (possibly from the technique of using the white blood cells to mix with the bone graft). I appreciate that she’s willing to have her cell phone number printed on the take home instructions & encourages her patients to call or text with any questions or concerns. She tells us we are not bothering her. That removes some stress as we’re recovering.The whole office atmosphere seems happy & content & caring.

You all check all the boxes for great, informative care. When I walked into the office the first time and was greeted by the front desk staff, I knew I was in the right place. The consult with Doc C. confirmed that. Thank you for treating me like I was family.

I was really impressed with everyone. The office staff was so warm and welcoming, and still professional. The doctor and support staff were awesome, I had no pain until later, and they were very good and explained everything. And it didn't cost as much as expected! Always a nice surprise. I would recommend anyone to go to this clinic. THANK YOU!!!

Inaccuracy in communication. Even though I’m paying +/- 20K I am being asked to come in at 7 AM, thus they are just trying to fit me in. This forces me to have to get up at 5 AM to make the appointments. I finally had to tell them this has to stop. There has been miscommunication and I have been confused about some of the different stories I get from different parties in the office.I’m finding a little difficult to have a focused conversation with the dentist and I’m a little bit worried that there miscommunications that I’m not even aware of yet.

Dr. Boehm was excellent. Her technicians were great and friendly. Made me feel calm. The reception area had three ladies that were friendly and extremely efficient. When my medical coverage comes around again I will be finishing my implant.
