I was not notified that the doctor that pulled the tooth was retiring and would not finish the job he started. Fortunately, I was very pleased with the doctor that finished the job.It was a while ago. I do not remember the details of the issue I had with the front desk. I wanted to pay before the surgery and was told no we do that later.. Later. I don't want to worry about it. I want to go home. It seems smarter to let people pay up front instead of after having a tooth pulled when they'd rather just go home and lay down.

Your office staff went out of its way to ammodate me in many ways -- from navigating your door and passage to charging my phone. (Scary to await the driver who was about to leave, but I called to give my hiding spot!)I LOVED that Dr. Chandra used something far better than the standard anesthetic, which is certainly suboptimal.I am a very private person. Would have loved if the discharge instructions for wisdom teeth removal included recommendations on foods my kiddo could eat.Was a little shocked that she wasn’t cleaned up (dried/fresh blood on her teeth and lips) before leaving.
