The handy man was courteous, respectful and efficient in his work.

After the bi-annual inspection, my manager Mikey contacted me within an hour to say that he would send someone over the following day to seal my kitchen sink. I've lived here for 17 years and naturally things start to leak, wear and tear, etc. Due to my schedule, maintenance came two days later. The man (sorry I don't know his name) was so kind and lovely. Within 25 minutes, he cleaned and sealed the area and it was all fixed. I truly appreciate the prompt attention to this matter as well as how nice our maintenance staff is! Thank you so much.
