I made a prearranged appointment 5 days in advance for a yearly service. The work was completed in less than 90 minutes. The front of house service from Phil was friendly and efficient and all staff in the sales area were prepared to spend time answering any queries or requests which I had. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience, and will continue to use Hurst Motorrad in the future.

Arrived about 30mins early but the bike was taken in and serviced and was back on the road after about 1hr 30mins. I expected to get home around 1.30pm but got home at 12.30pm.

In an age of customer service standards falling. I was very impressed with Kieran from the sales team. He was very professional but still made you feel at ease. All aspects of the purchase was a pleasure because of this member of BMW staff. His down to earth manner and attention to detail was a breath of fresh air as I have had negative experiences in the past .I could not speak highly enough about this person. Prior to going on holiday he contacted me to ensure everything was ok. Thankyou BMW Harry Costley
