In an age of customer service standards falling. I was very impressed with Kieran from the sales team. He was very professional but still made you feel at ease. All aspects of the purchase was a pleasure because of this member of BMW staff. His down to earth manner and attention to detail was a breath of fresh air as I have had negative experiences in the past .I could not speak highly enough about this person. Prior to going on holiday he contacted me to ensure everything was ok.Thankyou BMWHarry Costley

Very helpful staff both in the Service and Sales department. One suggestion though, more comfortable seating for those long 3 hour downloads!!
