Happy with service provided was given replacement bike to get back to work no questions asked very satisfied

When negotiating a price for my trade in bike, it would be preferable to negotiate face to face with the person making the decisions, rather than through an intermediary. This leads to avoidable toing and froing and the impression of someone not wanting to, or not able to negotiate face to face.

Accident damaged bike left in for estimate. Took a while (2 weeks) to get a quote and initially sent to wrong email address - (hence 3 stars) but overall staff were friendly and helpful when I rand and went the extra mile to help out.

Philip and John are always extremely accommodating, have an excellent manner when dealing with them, nothing is ever too much trouble. Great service and great guys

Perfect customer service experience from the service team & Nigel in Sales. Use of bike during service is a great 👍 Bike returned on time & cleaned. Not cheap but a premium experience.
