2mm pad width left on the front discs. Pads not replaced but advised to come back after 1000 miles. I’d have preferred to receive a call and discuss that decision prior it being made. Got referred to Sydenham for a slow puncture - excellent service there and will return for replacement tyres in June or July.

The staff were very pleasant and friendly. I would recommend BMW without hesitation for the staff alone.

Booking was excellent, John went all out to facilitate and was an absolute star regarding all aspects of the service. The machine was serviced and delivered ahead of schedule and the dealership kept me informed at all times of proceedings. On collection Phil was extremely helpful and informative with all aspects of updates and work. The technician provided all work required and machine was returned ready to go. Excellent service and commendable staff.

i did not visit the show room but was given the good advice regarding importing from the nort to the south of Ireland as i didnt know the full information but was put write on things I didnt know thank you very much
