Speed of response and follow up from Philip was superb, from a quick message on the App to the collection, repair and return of my R1250. Wouldn’t consider buying any other brand from any other retailer, the service is that good.

very pleased with how dealership dealt with the problem with my s1000rr but disappointed that i have to add an additive to the fuel because of build up of carbon. i use bike to commute every day and if bike is not designed for that role then marketing of bike should say so. i have owned other 1000cc sports bikes including a 2018 s1000rr sport and numerous fireblades without a fueling issue.
