I have said that I had to return to the dealership since my visit, this was because the service indicator was not reset, as I travel over two hundred km to get there I am getting it reset at a local independent dealer, so I am not returning to the dealership, I am very disappointed that such a small matter was overlooked, even though it is mentioned on the invoice as being reset.

Surprised by the poor refitting of my tank panel RHS It should be a nice neat fit but I can insert my finger into the gap !!!!

I was told a test ride would be available while my bike was being serviced and to bring my licence but when I arrived I was informed I needed the paper section as well as the photo section so a test ride wasn’t possible this should have been made clear when I was making the booking.

As always very professional service and happy to provide advice to me as a customer on how to set up bike post run in.
