Philip Galway Service Advisor was again friendly, knowledgeable, offered me a demo ride and coffee, and made the experience very pleasant. The Service Technician’s video was excellent, with a good comprehensive commentary of work completed. A big thumbs up to both guys!

Had to return it due to an engine management light, = exhaust valve & sos button software update. All done in one day, was all under warranty & offered a courtesy VEHICLE. FIRST CLASS SERVICE. From start to finish.

Great service throughout. This was dealing with an issue as guided by BMW under warranty. This took time as well as waiting on parts when needed. Eventually the fault was located and resolved
