Service reps were very helpful and professional. There was a miscommunication that led to my bike steering lock issue not being rectified when I came to collect my bike. However, I am very grateful and impressed by how the matter was handled and rectified.

Very pleased with the whole experience while buying my new bike. Charles hurst bmw motorrad have it sorted, the customer service from Philip and John is absolutely outstanding, nothing is ever any trouble for them, pthey are head and shoulders above any other motorcycle dealer in Northern Ireland, well done and keep it up Peter Hamilton
