Booking in was easy (they offered a next day cancellation) The 1.5 hour service was completed and ready to go in 1.5 hours All good.

My brake fluids were changed and after riding the bike for a while I noticed brake fluid seeping from the top reservoir. Not a good thing as brake fluid is corrosive. This tells me not much care was taken when changing the fluids by making sure the cap and rubber housing are dry and fluid free. Disappointed with this as it also happened on the last fluid change.

Excellent service, very pleasant and helpful

I am very happy with the Charles Hurst Motorrad dealership. The reason for my recent visit was the need to replace a keyless fuel cap that had failed while the bike was still under warranty. However my ongoing concern is the very high cost of replacing the cap (or other bike parts) should there be another failure after the warranty expires.

Lots of paper work which I think is not required.Tried of the hard sell of other products. Have experienced a lot less hassle with other dealers.

Might have been better if I was called to say when my bike was ready for collection, rather than me have to phone BMW. Small grip on what was a positive experience. Won’t put me off using you again.
