Paul is personable and professional with good product knowledge and he ensured the handover of my new motorcycle went well. Also during my purchase I dealt with both Mark and Phil (aftersales). They too are great ambassadors for the Hurst and BMW brands with their ‘can do’ approach. Overall, the Hurst BMW Motorrad staff provide excellent customer service and they are the reason I continue to be a repeat customer.

I have dealt with Mark McCully since 2007. I have found him straight, honest and enthusiastic. Hursts Motorrad are not the cheapest, but I paid the extra due to Mark, he is a credit to your company and a pleasure to deal with.
