Recently I has spoken to Mark on several occasions regarding the purchase of a used BMW S1000R, this conversation escalated to a new bike but before that had reached a conclusion Mark contacted regarding the machine I eventually purchased. I was extremely pleased to receive his call, he is always friendly, approachable, and along with the rest of the team makes me feel valued as a customer. The model purchased is a new direction for me so there were questions that needed answered and when asked Mark was able to answer all my questions, provided valuable insights, and guided me through the machines technical detail with expertise.
