All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I waited for my vehicle while it was being serviced. I was on my laptop doing work and all the interaction between staff members and staff members and the public was extremely friendly and professional. The team are a credit to your dealership.

Great customer service from Philip Galway at the Service Dept. He was very professional, pleasant and customer focused. He insured that everything was to my liking including pick up time, any issues with my bike that could be checked while it was being serviced. He even helped with the selection of a loan bike while my bike was being serviced. Nothing appeared to be a problem for him in relation to making sure I was satisfied with the service I was offered. Excellent.
