The fault with my bike is a common problem, I'm pleased to say that John and Phil are extremely knowledgeable and were able to fit the modified part to my bike, fingers crossed this last's longer then the previous part.

The service was carried out professionally I was kept up-to-date with progress to pass my time I took out a bike for a test run on return my motorcycle was ready paid the friendly staff members and was advised my service check would be emailed to me along with payment receipt.

The whole process from booking in to fitting of my tyres was seamless. Philip handled the whole process from start to finish and the actual fitting of the tyres happened so quickly I was taken aback by it. On parting Philip reminded me to be cautious for the next 100 miles riding as the tyres needed to be “scrubbed in.” Sound advice indeed. Philip has a “nice” manner when it comes to dealing with customers and is an asset to your organisation. Thank you and well done Charles Hurst Motorrad
