In an age of customer service standards falling. I was very impressed with Kieran from the sales team. He was very professional but still made you feel at ease. All aspects of the purchase was a pleasure because of this member of BMW staff. His down to earth manner and attention to detail was a breath of fresh air as I have had negative experiences in the past .I could not speak highly enough about this person.
