I’ve been a Hurst BMW motorrad customer for some years, couldn’t praise Mark and the team highly enough for their service throughout that time - always extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

Friendly service and I found the video useful. John was able to answer my questions before and after the bike was serviced, so well done to him. The bike was cleaned the night before but a 60 mile journey to belfast meant it was quite dirty on arrival. The workshop kindly cleaned the bike after the service so thank you for that. A very small complaint was that the tea machine in the shop did not work nor was there any milk there if it had been. I could have done with a cuppa when I arrived. Overall though, very satisfied with the reception and workshop service. We’ll done. Thank you again.
