I was dealt with by John mcmeekin from booking to service. I had to cancel the original booking due to illness and rebook. Nothing was too much trouble for john, really nice, helpful, extremely knowledgeable guy. On the day of the booking everything was done perfectly, I had a few tech questions that had been niggling me, john was able to answer these and took time to explain, 11 out of 10
