Good efficient service, small issue I was not aware of dealt with, all in good time. Choice of loan bike, Phil my service advisor also dealt with an issue with my helmet.

On returning home and checking my machine I found that the nearside cylinder head guard retaining bolts were loose and required tightening. I did this myself and reported it to the Service Dept. Everything else was fine and staff friendly and helpful.

Philip Galway is always very helpful. Took my bike in the day after I phoned and arranged a loan bike for the time mine was in the workshop. He’s a great point of contact in Motorrad.

I have said that I had to return to the dealership since my visit, this was because the service indicator was not reset, as I travel over two hundred km to get there I am getting it reset at a local independent dealer, so I am not returning to the dealership, I am very disappointed that such a small matter was overlooked, even though it is mentioned on the invoice as being reset.
