I was told a test ride would be available while my bike was being serviced and to bring my licence but when I arrived I was informed I needed the paper section as well as the photo section so a test ride wasn’t possible this should have been made clear when I was making the booking.

Philip Galway Service Advisor was again friendly, knowledgeable, offered me a demo ride and coffee, and made the experience very pleasant. The Service Technician’s video was excellent, with a good comprehensive commentary of work completed. A big thumbs up to both guys!

Had to return it due to an engine management light, = exhaust valve & sos button software update. All done in one day, was all under warranty & offered a courtesy VEHICLE. FIRST CLASS SERVICE. From start to finish.
