Service reps were very helpful and professional. There was a miscommunication that led to my bike steering lock issue not being rectified when I came to collect my bike. However, I am very grateful and impressed by how the matter was handled and rectified.

Very pleased with the whole experience while buying my new bike. The initial contact with the salesman, the chat with the sales manager and after sales advice were friendly, and expert advice offered in a none pushy way.
