Friendly staff who did offer a good deal. I did want a little more for my trade in but it wasn't to be. Maybe next time.

Handover was very thorough and it was obvious the member of staff was very knowledgeable regarding the vehicle.

Paul is personable and professional with good product knowledge and he ensured the handover of my new motorcycle went well. Also during my purchase I dealt with both Mark and Phil (aftersales). They too are great ambassadors for the Hurst and BMW brands with their ‘can do’ approach. Overall, the Hurst BMW Motorrad staff provide excellent customer service and they are the reason I continue to be a repeat customer.
