I am very happy with the Charles Hurst Motorrad dealership. The reason for my recent visit was the need to replace a keyless fuel cap that had failed while the bike was still under warranty. However my ongoing concern is the very high cost of replacing the cap (or other bike parts) should there be another failure after the warranty expires.

Lots of paper work which I think is not required.Tried of the hard sell of other products. Have experienced a lot less hassle with other dealers.

Might have been better if I was called to say when my bike was ready for collection, rather than me have to phone BMW. Small grip on what was a positive experience. Won’t put me off using you again.

Initially i dealt with Mark the manager who has an incredible memory for first names. Mark was able to source a bike for me when he had none in stock price was fare i the delt with Ian which went without a hiccup. Overall very good, however didn’t have much success with initial attempt to book the service online through the email received. However, called and sorted it, all very straight forward. And staff were great.
