Deena in Sales was brilliant and you should be very proud of this special employee

I found Deena Blain really helpful sorting the car out for me, she was friendly a week after the car was sold so that reassured me if I need to use my Warranty in the future.

When dealing with a company we look first for quality, value and customer service. In dealing with Charles Hurst, and in particular Deena, we found all three. Nothing was too much trouble; from sorting out minor paperwork issues, to agreeing to arrange an upcoming MoT, to supplying the car with a full tank (a blessing in the current climate), the attention to detail, professional approach taken and seamless trade in and purchase process were all very much appreciated. This was our first time dealing with Charles Hurst. The type of customer service provided by Deena will ensure it is not our last. We love our new car. Thank you so much. Gio & Chris

Deena was absolutely brilliant through the whole process with getting the car sorted and ready. Couldn’t be happier with the car and especially the help from Deena with everything from start to finish highly recommended!

I have been dealing with a fellow call MARK MCKEE at bouchor rd. He has been very helpful and knows my details he is looking to see about getting the cars that would suit my budget and is keeping me up to date by phone and emails . Good service

Very friendly and helpful

Deena is a great saleswoman and explained everything perfectly.

We spoke to David at Budget Choice Boucher Road Belfast he showed us several cars giving us information on each one. He was very pleasant, very patient and very willing to ANSWER any queries we had, I would have no hesitation in recomnending him to family and friends if they were every looking to buy

Deena Blain was a pleasure to meet and extremely helpful with all my questions I had about my new car. Thanks Deena

Great friendly service.
