Lady in service department who booked my car in on the day and who's name I've forgotten was very friendly and helpful. Even going that 'extra mile' excuse the pin. In helping me find the location of a shop I wanted to visit whilst my car was in getting serviced. Excellent customer service, thank you.

It seemed as if my booking did not go through as thought. I received a confirmation but no follow up afterwards.There was initial worry upon arrival at the dealership to find out my online booking had not been recognised. After that, Mark put my mind at ease and was able to get the car serviced as planned.
