Have purchased a number of Citroen Cars from Charles Hurst over at least a 20 year period some on finance and would like to check if I am owed money from hidden commission

Dear Sir/Madam,I am writing to formally complain regarding my 2013 DS5 currently in your possession at Charles Hurst Citroën Belfast, Boucher Road.My vehicle was taken in early for a recall repair and I was provided with a courtesy car.You retained my vehicle for approximately three months. I was then informed it was ready for collection. When I attended, I discovered that the interior was extensively contaminated with green and black mould throughout the vehicle, the seats were damp, and the display screen was broken. The screen was not damaged when the vehicle was handed to you.The mould contamination was widespread across the interior, including seats and seatbelts. The seat was damp to sit on. My daughter was with me at the time and the mould-affected seatbelt was beside her face.This is a serious health and safety concern. I refused to accept the vehicle in this condition.I was later told that you claim the screen was already broken when the vehicle was collected, which is incorrect. I was advised the matter would be investigated. Since then,you have retained my vehicle for a further period, now totalling approximately 4-5 months, with no meaningful update, no resolution, and no clear timeline.For clarity, although the window regulator had previously been faulty, the window was fully raised and secured when the vehicle was handed over to you. The vehicle was in your sole care and control for several months. Any water ingress, mould growth, or deterioration has therefore occurred while the vehicle was in your custody and is your responsibility.During this time I have had to cancel and rearrange my MOT multiple times, and my vehicle tax is now due to expire. ThisSituation is unacceptable Under your duty of care and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are responsible for returning my vehicle in a safe condition and for any damage caused while it was in your possession.I am now formally requesting:1. A full written explanation of what has occurred.2Confirmation that the mould contamination will be professionally remediated and that any affected seats,seatbelts, carpets, or trim will be replaced where necessary, at your cost.Confirmation that the broken display screen will be replaced at your cost.4. A clear and reasonable timescale for completion.5Confirmation of how you will address the disruption caused to my MOT and vehicle tax due to your delays.I will not accept the vehicle back following a superficial clean or valet. This is green and black mould contamination and requiresproper professional remediation and replacement where necessary.If this matter is not resolved within 14 days of the date of this email, I will escalate the issue to the Motor Ombudsman, Consumerline NI, and will pursue legal action without further notice.expect this matter to be treated with urgency.Yours faithfully,Michael Donaghy

From the presentation of the cars to the personal interactions with the Sales team,everything has been excellent.Sam Angus has been impressive in his Interactions and willingness to firstly establish needs and then try to match a vehicle,all done in a natural style of engagement without the pressure that can often be on display (ie:salesman/dealer needs prioritised over customer).
