Dealt with very efficiently by Rachel. Couldn't have been nicer and very knowledgeable about her job and any questions I had. Done what she could to get the cost down as Citreon good will department weren't interested even though 500 pounds of the 1100 bill was a known fault with their box sensor issue. But Rachel's assistance couldn't be faulted. Thanks.
