Service staff were very helpful, and my battery replacement went without a hitch.My car was even given a wash and I got a bit of discount on the battery cost. A rudimentarycheck was also carried out on my car at the same time.

Staff excellent as always, but the changeover in information system meant that I did not receive the automated updates I had received in previous services, leaving me wondering what was going on and making scheduling my day more complicated.
