Andrew McGrugan delivered a gleaming Citreon C3 to our home on his way home from Charles Hurst Citreon. He enthusiastically entered into my plan to surprise my wife with an early Xmas present. During the Sales process he professionally detailed ancillary sales products but was never pushy..I signed up to some of these. Her met my daughter near my house and together they tied an extra large ribbon to the present before delivery. To cap it all he must have eaten into his commission for he presented my wife with a lively bouquet 💐 of flowers

Two days after my car recall, I had a warning to top up my Ad-Blu, I did expect this top up to be carried out during recall checkup. On collection of my car I was told my car was OK until my next sevice.

Sam who dealt with us in citron is a real credit to your team and should be awknowledged I will come back to citron for my future cars if Sam is there he made us feel very comfortable and listened to exactly what we needed and keeping us up to date with the progress along the way and also checked in on us how we were getting on after our 1st day n to let him know if we needed to know anything very happy with the service and the car is perfect for us
