i don't know about the mechanical work, but the staff were vey pleasant and helpful.the video report listing the cars conditional and the green, amber, red stop light system was very easy to understand.but although you washed the car, there was allot of areas missed and the inside door handles, grab handles and steering wheel were dirtier than when we left it with you.
