I booked an appointment for my citroen airbag to be replaced in October 2025 and was advised if I did not receive a pre call do not attend. I then arranged a second appointment although I had to wait until 1st January 2026.I contacted Charles Hurst a few days ago and confirmed my appointment for today along with the business address. I have arrived this morning to find out that Charles Hurst is in fact closed today.Also to mention no confirmation of the appointment was received.This is completely unacceptable and I want to be contacted as soon as possible to have this rectified.Absolutely ridiculous service and communication from Charles Hurst!

Your team did brilliantly, the 2 young men that took care of me, were both amazing and funny ... I got the car I wanted everything was great. And I also laughed with both these young gentlemen.The car was well explained. And it's definitely me. Good job. Nothing went wrong , 10 out of 10 boys ❤️❤️❤️

Customer has been back a few times to have his vehilce issue repaid, also customer needs a 7 seat courtesy car to get his wheel chair in, branch is aware of this but keep given customer smaller cars which will not hold his wheelchair - RAC have been out twice this week as his vehilce just stops and will not start- RAC had to do a hard reset .

Ticket 83748266 was issued on 31 October 2025 and to date i have not received any informal or formal correspondence from the above car dealer with regards my complaint which states i would be contacted within 14 days to discuss this.I am very disappointed in the unprofessional approach to this policy not being adhered too and this has left me as a customer very disappointed in Charles Hurst Citroen Belfast.I would kindly like somebody in Senior Management Team to discuss this issue with myself as this has now past your timeframe of compliance.Kind regardsMrs Taylor-Neely

Overall the experience was very good, the salesman was excellent from start to finish. I was just disappointed in the condition of the vehicle I was looking at. My 7 year old car was in better condition than the vehicle under 2 years old I was viewing

Very impressed with my experience at Citroen. Staff were very attentive to my needs etc. Nothing was too much hassle and Ethan who dealt with my husband and I went above and beyond to help us.
