My DS7 Crossback was in for recall of rear lights. The lad at the service desk has looked after me since I first purchased the car and he has consistently been helpful, professional and polite! I have been concerned over the 18 months I have had this car due to ongoing faults but he has helped keep me on board with DS. Still not sure if I will buy another DS as I love this car but 3 times back for replacement items gives me cause for concern. Top marks for the service team, can't fault them!!
