Conor Cadden explained everything and was very helpful and professional throughout. As a senior who hasn’t changed her car in 16 years, I was daunted by the prospect but Conor was most patient and kept in touch via email answering my various questions.

On the advert, you see people leaving off their car, sitting in a comfortable seat and getting coffee brought in a proper cup and saucer”lovely “ I want to go there to get my car serviced, does this actually exist?? Or is it just false advertising?? Looking forward to your answer, but have a feeling I will be ignored.

My problem was with the initial contact, when it seemed a bit difficult to get the vehicle looked at and to get to a point where it was recognised that there was a problem and i was given a rental vehicle until mine was sorted. When sorted it has been fine. I think when people with a technical problem call, it would be very useful if someone with good technical ability could preform a triage system, so that problems can be prioritised in relation to their severity.Having said all that, Rachel in your service department was excellent and did everything in her power to get the matter sorted.

A particularly great experience, looked after by an attentive sales team. Despite the worldwide difficulties we are all experiencing in sourcing new vehicles, Ethan ensured that on every occasion when I requested updates on my order either himself or Darren contacted me direct and tried as best they could to satisfy my relentless impatience, lol. A long and protracted order and delivery process, but not I believe in the hands of the sales team. I've only had the car 24 hours and Ethan called to check on me, which was very nice. I love the car, love the Citroen experience, my first one, but where's the sunglasses holder? If it were in my hands I'd ensure that Ethan gets a very large bonus and Charles Hurst consider renegotiating his wage, so as not to lose a very valuable asset.

I found the pressure to add insurance cover for this thatthe other quite annoying. I realise you are bound to put these products to the customer but it is still very annoying. The help with finance options was good.
